“Imaginary Spaces” in the Main Gallery

Imaginary Spaces

Friday May 1 – Saturday June 27

Imaginary Spaces invites viewers into worlds shaped by color, gesture, and intuition. This exhibition brings together abstract works and dreamlike landscapes that move beyond representation, creating environments that feel remembered, imagined, or just out of reach. Here, artists build spaces that don’t exist in the physical world but feel emotionally familiar - places formed from memory, mood, and subconscious thought.

Featuring guest artists Diann Cardello, Keisha Finnie, Erick J. Gonzalez, Jane Palmer, and emerging artist Faith Ann, the works on view explore the spaces between reality and imagination. Some evoke vast, open terrains; others feel intimate and interior, like fragments of dreams or fleeting moments of clarity. Together, they offer an invitation to wander - encouraging viewers to lose themselves in abstraction, to project their own narratives, and to discover meaning within the unknown.

Imaginary Spaces is a celebration of possibility: of places we carry within us, places we long for, and places that exist only in the mind’s eye.
