Free Community Yoga Class

Join us for a free, all-levels community yoga class led by Laela Brown, Yoga Teacher in Training. This slow-flow, meditative practice is designed to help you unwind, move mindfully, and reconnect with your breath and body in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Style: Slow Flow / Meditative Yoga
Level: Open to all levels—beginners welcome
What to Bring: Your own yoga mat and/or towel
Optional Props: Yoga blocks or bolsters if you use them
