Lancaster Art Vault invites artists to submit work for Dusk to Dawn
Dusk to Dawn explores the quiet, transformative hours between sunset and sunrise—when familiar places become mysterious, colors deepen, and the world takes on a different rhythm.
Through landscapes, interiors, figurative works, and scenes of everyday life, the exhibition captures moments illuminated by fading sunlight, moonlight, streetlights, candlelight, and the first glow of morning. These in-between hours can feel intimate and reflective, vibrant and alive, or still and solitary.
From the last glow of sunset to the first light of a new day, Dusk to Dawn looks at the beauty and emotion found in these in-between moments.
All mediums are welcome, including but not limited to painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, mixed media, fiber, and printmaking.
Artists of all backgrounds and career stages are encouraged to apply.
Exhibition Dates: Friday, October 2 – Saturday, November 28
Location: Lancaster Art Vault, 100 North Queen Street, Lancaster, PA.
