Frank Nolan
Frank Nolan is an American artist renowned for his vibrant watercolors and photography. Born and educated in the San Francisco Bay Area, he pursued studies in architectural rendering, drawing, and watercolor technique. He relocated to Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 1998, where he continues to hone his craft. His compositions consistently exhibit strong structural elements, often incorporating architectural features and bold coloration. He maintains that a career as an artist is a perpetually evolving profession.
